1. Return Process

For any return or exchange request, prior communication with our company is required, either through the e-shop contact form or via our returns portal.

This process allows us to handle your request efficiently and provide you with the necessary instructions for returning your product correctly.

2. Timeframe

You have the right to return a product within 16 calendar days from the date of delivery.

After this period, the company reserves the right to refuse the return.

3. Return Conditions

Returned products must meet the following conditions:

• be in excellent condition, without damage or alterations
• not have been used beyond simple fitting
• not have been modified, washed, or processed in any way
• include all original tags and packaging

Additionally:

• proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required
• it is recommended to retain the shipping receipt until the process is completed

The company reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.

4. Full-Price Items

Products purchased at full price are eligible for a full refund, excluding return shipping costs and any original shipping fees.

5. Sale Items / Final Sale / Last Chance

Discounted items or items purchased during promotional periods are eligible only for store credit or exchange.

Please note that store credit corresponds to the amount paid at purchase, excluding original shipping costs.

Items marked as Final Sale or Last Chance are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable unless deemed defective.

6. Swimwear

Swimwear items may be returned. The item must be unworn and must include the original hygiene seal and tags.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or special handling reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• products that have been worn or used beyond fitting
• products without tags or with damaged packaging
• products that have been altered or modified
• custom-made or special-order items
• earrings (for hygiene reasons, no returns or exchanges allowed)

Bracelets, necklaces, and rings may be returned.

These restrictions are in place to ensure product quality and hygiene standards.

8. Exchanges

Product exchanges (for size, color, or style) are subject to availability.

In case of a price difference, the balance will be settled accordingly.

Shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer.

9. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 16 calendar days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Refunds are issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

10. Return Shipping Costs

Europe / EU / United States: Return label fee of €/$20.

Exchanges and store credit are eligible for one free return label, unless the item is marked as sale.

Rest of the World: Return label fee of €25.

Exchanges and store credit receive one free return label, unless the item is marked as sale.

11.Duties & Taxes (DDP Shipping)

Any duties and taxes paid for the clearance of your shipment are non-refundable in case of return.

However, you may be able to recover them by contacting your local customs office or a customs broker.

12. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective product, please submit your request through our Returns Portal and include a photo showing the issue.

If the product is confirmed as defective or incorrect, we will provide a free return label.

If you purchased a defective item from an authorized retailer, please contact the store directly.

Products are considered defective if received damaged or if a manufacturing fault appears within six months of purchase.

Please note that damage caused by normal wear and tear is not considered a defect.
